So since I got my 23andme test done not too long ago, I decided to add them to my blog. I will in the future write an article and/or blog post about it but you can screen for a lot of conditions, diseases. It helped me figure out what MTHFR genes and other genes and traits that influence my methylation as well. It also helped me figure out a protocol or treatment plan (with a lot of help from my doctor who designed the treatment plan).
